Comprehensive Legal Representation & Strategy
Apex Court Representation at Supreme Court of Pakistan
The Supreme Court of Pakistan is the ultimate judicial arbiter in the country. Decisions rendered by the High Court can be appealed to the Supreme Court under Article 185 of the Constitution. Adjudication before the Supreme Court demands exceptional mastery of legal doctrine, constitutional interpretation, and precision in framing substantial questions of law of public importance.
Our senior advocates and Advocates on Record (AOR) prepare, file, and argue Civil Petitions for Leave to Appeal (CPLA) and Criminal Petitions for Leave to Appeal across both the Principal Seat in Islamabad and the Peshawar Branch Registry.
Civil Petitions for Leave to Appeal (CPLA)
Under Supreme Court Rules 1980, a CPLA must be prepared within strict limitation periods. We identify misapplication of binding legal precedents, unconstitutional statutory interpretations, or jurisdictional excesses in the High Court judgment to secure grant of leave and immediate interim suspension of the High Court decree.
